As an Ultra Beauty Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things beauty. Your knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance will empower you to confidently assist customers, recommend tailored solutions, and bring the in-store beauty experience to life.
You’ll work closely with our Retail Pharmacy team but focus specifically on the beauty space, guiding customers through our extensive range of luxury and affordable brands while delivering personalised service with a smile. The Ultra Beauty Consultant will also:
- Engage with customers and provide tailored beauty advice to meet their needs,
- Assist customers with general queries across the store,
- Replenish and merchandise stock in-line with the plannogram guidelines,
- Set up promotional displays for new products and campaigns,
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system when processing customer transactions,
- Collaborate with the broader store team as required.
