We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our friendly team for 3 sessions per week
Our RN play a critical role in providing nursing services and personal care to our patients. They are responsible for providing assistance to each patient in accordance with their service plan as well as assisting in monitoring the safety and well-being of patients and showing commitment to best practice and clinical excellence whilst ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Current Working with Children check.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and competency in nursing
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical governance as relevant to nursing practice.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to quality improvement principles, accreditation, clinical policy development and implementation.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care.
- Ability to collaborate with a multi disciplinary team environment providing outcome based care.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills including ability to use electronic medical record systems and Incident Information Management Systems.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $60,000.00 – $98,032.00 per year
