Salon7 Geelong is hiring Full Time an experienced Senior Hairdresser who is confidient at all women hair aspects.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality women’s cuts, styling, and finishing
- Deliver all colouring services including regrowths, global colours, foils, balayage, toning, and colour corrections
- Provide excellent client consultations and recommend suitable hair care and colour services
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Maintain high salon presentation and cleanliness standards
- Work confidently in a fast-paced team environment
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years of hairdressing experience
- Strong confidence in all types of women’s cuts and colour work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends, with Saturday essential
