Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is currently seeking experienced Senior Electrical Supervisors to join our growing team across the Port Hedland and East Pilbara Portfolio. This role will see you leading electrical crews across major iron ore operations, delivering high risk shutdown and maintenance works on fixed plant and bulk materials handling assets. We also have a strong pipeline of project based work, including NPI infrastructure and major upgrades for our clients. You will play a key role in planning, supervising and executing complex E&I work scopes, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to client specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor looking to further develop their leadership, shutdown delivery and project management skills while working with industry leading clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical crews across a range of job fronts
-
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with safety, quality and client requirements

Develop and review JHAs, SWIs and permits for critical works
-
Scope, plan and coordinate shutdown activities

Liaise with clients, planners and other supervisors to ensure smooth execution

Mentor and develop team members on site

Maintain strong safety leadership and promote a positive team culture
What you’ll bring:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in an electrical supervisory role within the mining or construction industry

Relevant client site experience is desirable

Strong background in electrical and instrumentation on fixed plant assets and NPI scopes

Proven experience managing maintenance and project works

Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team

Must hold s26 Supervisor Certificate (or have the capacity to obtain one)

Must hold a valid WA electrical licence

Proof of right to work in Australia

Senior First Aid, Working at Heights, Basic Fire and Confined Space Certifications (desirable)
