About the Role: Join a dynamic and supportive interprofessional team at Canberra Health Services (CHS), where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred diabetes care across hospital and community settings.
The CHS Diabetes Service brings together medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to provide a coordinated and integrated model of care across Canberra Hospital and multiple community locations throughout the ACT. Our team supports a diverse population, including adolescents and adults living with diabetes, as well as women experiencing hyperglycaemia in pregnancy (HIP).

Note: This is a temporary position available for a period of six to twelve months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. This position is part-time at (24) hours per week and the full-time salary noted above will be pro-rata.
