Casual Chef de Partie – Breakfast & Lunch We are seeking an experienced Casual Chef de Partie for breakfast and lunch service. This role requires an immediate start, with the successful applicant available to begin within the next day. Shifts run from approximately 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., around four days per week. About the Role Responsibilities include: - Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes - Working efficiently during busy service - Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation - Assisting with preparation and general kitchen duties - Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workspace - Following food safety and kitchen procedures What We're Looking For - Previous Chef de Partie or similar experience - Strong breakfast and lunch cooking skills - Reliable, punctual and team-oriented - Able to work approximately four days per week - Available for shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Ready to start immediately, preferably within the next day Immediate start required.
