About our Business
Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) is responsible for managing the Group’s relationships with major corporate and government clients and institutional investors, and provides a full range of capital raising, transactional and risk management products and services. The Division also performs an important internal role for the Group by providing lending, markets and transaction banking execution capabilities that allows them to capture opportunities with business customers.

Your impact and contribution:
The Portfolio Support Office (PSO) sits within Capital Structuring’s In-Life Deal Management team. We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate, reporting to the Director – Portfolio Support Office. You will be involved in managing a securitisation portfolio, supporting transaction set-up, funding coordination, refinances, monitoring, due diligence, supplier governance, compliance validation and credit-related activities, including annual reviews, credit papers and regulatory reporting. Working across Coverage, Capital Structuring, Global Markets and Lending Operations, you will help ensure transactions are effectively managed, obligations met and portfolio activities accurately recorded.
What we are looking for
Securitisation and institutional banking experience: Knowledge of institutional lending products, and awareness of securitisation structures and capital markets transactions
Documentation and compliance capability: Confidence interpreting transaction documentation, maintaining compliance templates and monitoring exposures against contractual requirements.
Financial and credit analysis skills: Ability to analyse financial statements, collateral reporting and credit information to support credit requests, annual reviews and portfolio insights.
Risk and governance mindset: Strong attention to risk, compliance, due diligence, supplier governance and accurate recording of monitoring activities.
Stakeholder engagement and communication: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across front office, portfolio, capital markets and structuring teams.
Continuous improvement mindset: A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work at pace, identify process improvements and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment using technology, digital innovation and AI.
