How you’ll make an impact
In this role, you will use your passion for service excellence to support the Business Finance Acquisitions team in delivering the best possible solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for writing credit submissions, tracking outstanding deals, supporting the settling of deals whilst simultaneously striving to give best possible service to clients and introducers.
What you’ll do
- Provide exceptional service to Introducers and other stakeholders through speedy and professional responses to queries in email and over the phone
- Support the BDM’s in writing credit submissions, obtaining documentation from prospective clients to support the credit approval process
- Work hand in glove with the Settlements team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new facilities
- Carry out loan administration tasks such as data entry and PPSR administration
What you’ll bring with you
- Previous experience in a business finance role preferred
- Strong ability to work as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong numeracy and financial analysis skills
