As a Bin Management Officer, you'll play an important role in keeping the Sutherland Shire’s waste services running smoothly. You'll coordinate the delivery of new bins, repair and replacement of existing bins, and provide friendly, reliable service to residents and commercial customers across the Shire. You'll work with the community, Council teams and operational staff to ensure waste services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

- Current NSW Driver Licence (MR Licence)
- Construction Industry Certificate (White Card)
- Experience in bin management, repairs, maintenance or a similar operational role
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with residents, customers and colleagues
- A reliable, safety-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current HR Driver Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Experience using Council systems such as One Council, EAM or Works Orders
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word and Excel) for email communication, record keeping, data entry, reporting and general administrative tasks.
