About the Role
Solahart Spencer Gulf is looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Administrator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a locally owned and trusted business. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales and operations teams, ensuring customers receive outstanding service from their initial enquiry right through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to customer enquiries and emails.
- Schedule appointments and provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
- Manage jobs from quotation through to completion.
- Follow up with customers, suppliers and internal staff to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update job progress.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and general documentation.
- Assist with purchasing, ordering and supplier communications.
- Provide general office administration and reception duties.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administration or office support role.
- Excellent customer service and professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
