We are a small, busy specialist practice looking for a hard-working and committed Administration Assistant/Receptionist with strong work ethics to join our friendly and professional team. This is initially for a 6-month fixed term maternity cover with the option to become permanent. The job post is for a minimum of 16 hours per week but the hours may go up depending on the need of each week. Remuneration will be based on the selected candidate's experience.
Meeting and greeting patients, answering telephones, cash handling, booking appointments, handling scripts, answering emails and medical typing are just a few of the duties performed on a daily basis.
There are no mandatory requirements/qualifications however any recent previous experience as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist in a medical practice would be most preferable. We will also need valid references shown on your CV while applying.
Punctuality and flexibility to work additional hours from time to time to cover annual leave/sick leave are expectations of this role. Annual leaves can only be taken during school holidays when the clinic is closed.
