We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operator to support our production facility at our Arndell Park branch in New South Wales.
Working as part of a close-knit team, this role is focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment while supporting day-to-day operational activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, practical work and is looking to build experience within a growing national business in the healthcare and environmental services industry.
What you will do
- Wash and sanitise 240L and 660L bins to company hygiene and quality standards
- Remove clinical waste from containers and bins while following all safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
- Correctly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, steel-cap gum boots, and other safety equipment as required.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the production facility
- Empty, transport, and stack container bins safely and efficiently
- Ensure all stock is returned to the correct locations
- Assist with unloading and reloading trucks and containers
- Operate plant and equipment in accordance with company standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure operational compliance
- Support general production and operational tasks as required

- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Willingness to work varied and sometimes early start times
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail

- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
