We are currently taking expressions of interest for three varied full-time permanent positions.
- Customer Experience Representative: Your focus will be a mix of proactive customer outreach and reactive support to ensure our customers renew their filters and continue enjoying clean and healthy water.
- Customer Service Consultant: You'll work with customers to troubleshoot their issues and find practical solutions to their concerns. Ensuring you deliver a premium service with every interaction.
- Outbound Scheduler: You'll connect with interested customers, understand their needs, share the value of clean, filtered water, and schedule in a consultation.
What We Are Looking For:
- You are a clear, friendly, and professional communicator who loves talking to people and building rapport.
- You are comfortable working toward goals, KPIs, or team targets (whether that means closing a deal, booking an consultation, or maintaining a high customer satisfaction score).
- You take pride in accuracy, get the "small things" right, and can type notes while chatting on the phone.
- Comfortable learning new software, CRMs, and internal communication systems quickly.
