The Role MLB Concrete & Construction is seeking Concreters at all experience levels — from labourers keen to work towards a trade, through to fully qualified, experienced concreters ready to hit the ground running. Projects range from driveways, slabs and footings to large commercial pours.
Responsibilities • Setting out, forming and pouring concrete • Finishing concrete surfaces — broom, float, exposed aggregate and more • Formwork construction and stripping • Reinforcement (reo) placement and tying • Operating concrete-related equipment safely • Meeting project timelines and quality standards
Requirements • Certificate III in Concreting (or working towards) — preferred but not essential • White Card — essential • Experience with a range of concrete finishes highly regarded • Physically fit and reliable • Commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
Roster & Accommodation • Preferred roster: 14 days on / 7 days off — other swings negotiable • On-site accommodation available where required • Assistance finding accommodation in Warren township if needed • 88-day visa (regional work) accepted — long-term qualified staff preferred
