At Supercheap Auto, we're looking for a Sponsorship & Content Specialist to bring our brand to life across social media, sponsorships, ambassadors, influencers, and key marketing campaigns. About the Role
You'll support the development and execution of Supercheap Auto's content strategy across organic and paid social channels, while helping manage sponsorship partnerships, ambassadors, and influencer relationships. You'll combine creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring content not only looks great but delivers measurable business outcomes. Your accountabilities will include;

Lead social and content execution across Supercheap Auto's social channels, creating engaging paid and organic content that drives brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement.

Drive content performance and optimisation through social media best practices, SEO/AIO strategies, audience insights, analytics, and emerging platform trends.

Manage sponsorship, ambassador, and influencer partnerships, overseeing relationships, contracts, deliverables, and activations to maximise brand and commercial outcomes.

Coordinate and deliver campaign activity, including our flagship Best Performing Oils campaign and other content-led initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to launch.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and strategic business priorities through compelling content and storytelling.

Monitor, analyse, and report on content and partnership performance, using insights and customer feedback to optimise results, improve engagement, and inform future strategies.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves automotive culture, and enjoys bringing ideas from concept through to execution. You’ll bring;

Proven experience in content, social media, influencer, sponsorship, or partnership management, with a track record of delivering engaging campaigns and content.

A genuine passion for cars, motorsport, automotive products, or the broader automotive community is highly desired.

Exceptional organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, campaigns, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously and from brief through to delivery.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, confident working with ambassadors, influencers, agencies, and internal teams.

A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation, leveraging AI tools, SEO/content optimisation, analytics, and performance insights
