We're a growing eCommerce business with a passionate customer base and big ambitions. We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and eager to learn to join our team.
Sole Sox currently operates from a dedicated home-based fulfilment space in Templestowe, VIC. As a growing business, we're looking for someone to help support our operations as we continue to expand.
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of eCommerce while supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing brand.
Your primary responsibility will be picking and packing customer orders, maintaining an organised fulfilment area, and helping ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience from the moment they place an order.
As you grow within the business, you'll have the opportunity to learn other areas of eCommerce including inventory management, customer experience, marketing, product development, content creation, and business operations based on your interests and strengths.
This isn't just a packing role—it's an opportunity to learn how a successful online business operates from the inside while working directly alongside the founders.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfilment & Operations
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for dispatch
- Receive and organise incoming stock
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient pick-pack and stock storage area
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory management
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Help improve fulfilment processes and operational efficiency
Business Support
- Assist with quality control checks
- Support product launches, promotions, and sales events
- Help prepare products, packaging, and marketing materials as required
- Assist with general operational tasks across the business
Growth Opportunities
