About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Marketing & Admin Assistant to support our marketing activities and daily office operations.
This is an entry-level role suited to someone who is highly organised, self-driven, and keen to develop practical experience across digital content creation, social media, video production, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be confident managing multiple tasks, and have a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with planning, filming, and editing short-form video content for social media, company websites, and marketing campaigns
- Support basic video scripting, captions, and content ideas based on marketing needs
- Assist with social media content preparation, posting, and general content coordination
- Help organise marketing materials, project updates, and digital assets
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day campaign tasks and content-related requests
Administrative Support
- Assist with general office administration and daily operational tasks
- Support email communication, document filing, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Help maintain internal records, databases, and shared folders
- Coordinate basic tasks with internal team members, suppliers, and external contacts when required
- Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and wider team as needed
About You

- Highly organised with a strong ability to follow through on tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Interested in marketing, social media, video content, and real estate
- Willing to learn and grow within the role
Skills & Requirements
- Basic video filming and editing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or similar platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid working rights in Australia
- A video editing portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly regarded
Preferred but Not Essential
- Mandarin-speaking ability
- Previous internship, part-time, or entry-level experience in marketing, administration, content creation, or real estate
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar editing tools
