About the Role:
We are looking for individuals with clear and effective communication skills and the ability to build professional, respectful relationships with participants and their families. This role involves working across a flexible 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Facilitate community participation and social inclusion
- Support independent living and life skills development
- Perform household and domestic duties, including cleaning and cooking
- Promote healthy routines and emotional wellbeing
- Identify and respond to physical, emotional, and relational needs
- Manage complex behaviours and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) where required
- Accurately complete documentation and progress notes
- Administer medication as per training and support plans
- Ensure practice aligns with the NDIS Code of Conduct

Essential Requirements:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Completion of NDIS modules and medication training (or willingness to complete)
