About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing residential construction team in Perth. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality homes, maintaining strong trade relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
You will oversee multiple residential builds, manage trades and suppliers, and ensure compliance with WA building regulations and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate residential builds from slab through to handover
- Manage trades, suppliers, and site scheduling
- Maintain build timelines and ensure projects stay on programme
- Conduct quality control inspections at all stages of construction
- Ensure compliance with WA building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, office staff, and management
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience supervising residential builds in WA
- Strong knowledge of the WA residential building process
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Trade background preferred but not essential
