Barista / All-Rounder – Patisserie
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the patisserie.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other hot and cold beverages.
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Select, package, and present cakes, pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for customers.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Keep the coffee station, front counter, and dining areas clean and organised.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Replenish stock and assist with general cleaning and other tasks as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Ability to prepare consistently high-quality coffee in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
