Woods & Co. Recruitment has partnered with a leading and well-established energy infrastructure business delivering essential electricity network projects across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of work across major Victorian networks, the business has built a strong reputation for safety, quality and reliable project delivery.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking experienced Lineworkers to join their teams across Victoria. Opportunities are available for both General Lineworkers and Glove & Barrier (G&B) Lineworkers, with long-term work available across a range of distribution and network projects.

- Constructing, maintaining and repairing electricity distribution networks across Victoria
- Working across high and low voltage assets
- Responding to emergency faults and network outages
- Interpreting technical drawings, network line diagrams and maps
- Carrying out electrical maintenance and construction activities
- Working safely around electrical and high-risk environments
- Liaising with supervisors, crews, clients and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Completing all works in accordance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead or Australian equivalent
- Line Worker Registration (Orange Card)
- Construction Industry White Card
- High Risk Licences including EWP, Dogging and Rigging
- Current MR or HR Driver Licence
- Previous experience in electrical distribution maintenance and construction
- Strong understanding of electrical network safety and procedures
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work in high-risk environments
- Reliable, professional and committed to delivering quality work
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Glove & Barrier experience is highly regarded, however qualified Lineworkers looking to upskill into G&B are also encouraged to apply.
