What the role looks like
Full-time, salaried work across the Mornington Peninsula. You'll start each morning at our base before heading out on-site - working in pairs as well as solo, sometimes as a full crew on bigger jobs. You'll be trained in gardening & professional hedge trimming and over time pick up additional property care skills.
Structure, standards, and showing up on time matter here. If that suits you, you'll fit right in.
What we're looking for
- A genuine draw to outdoor, physical, detail-oriented work - not just a change of scenery
- Reliable and consistent - someone our team can count on
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit crew day in, day out
- A current driver's licence
- Any background in trades, landscaping, labour, or property maintenance is a bonus — but not a dealbreaker
