Position: Full-Time Chef
Location: Norwood, South Australia
Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Our menu is a celebration of fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and innovative twists, crafted to reflect the diversity and richness of Asian cuisine. To meet our growing demand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Asian fusion and South-Eastern inspired dishes to consistently high standards of taste and presentation
Collaborate in the creation of seasonal menus and specials that highlight emerging food trends and diverse flavour profiles
Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations
Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture within a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements:
Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen
Solid understanding of Asian fusion and South-Eastern cooking techniques, ingredients, and contemporary presentation styles
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
