In this role, you'll:
The Program Integration and Pipeline Team in Road Asset and Program Services, Road Maintenance and Resilience, TfNSW have a new opportunity for you to work as an integral member of the team delivering strategic asset management, maintenance program planning integration and road network performance outcomes across the NSW state road network.
Supporting the development and delivery of maintenance programs, you will review and provide advice on pavement designs for maintenance, renewal and improvement works, assessing and managing applications for works within the state road reserve and undertake project management including but not limited to pavement condition data collection.
This position will also see you reporting to the EL3 Project Engineer, Program Integration Engineering, to support and develop specialist engineering advice to internal and external stakeholders, supporting investment decisions through data analysis, network performance assessment and asset management practices and collaborating with diverse teams, contractors and project stakeholders to achieve safe, sustainable and cost-effective outcomes.
You will drive practical engineering solutions, optimise pavement asset performance and support critical infrastructure investment decisions in a complex and evolving transport environment all the while building your expertise through Transport's Professional Engineer Development Program.

About you
You will be able to demonstrate your technical engineering capability, formed across transport infrastructure, civil engineering, pavement design, asset management and/or road maintenance environments.
Experience in use or review of civil design, from concept to Issue for Construction, quality and testing as well as experience in pavement design, construction, road, corridor and bridge asset inspection and/or maintenance planning will be well regarded.
Possess a four-year engineering degree from an Australian university or an equivalent overseas qualification.
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes and the ability to manage competing priorities while working within technical, operational and legislative frameworks.
