The Opportunity
As Electrical Coordinator, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our electrical team while ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You'll be the person who keeps the team moving forward, solves problems before they become issues, and creates a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices
- Drive team performance, productivity, and accountability
- Ensure jobs are planned, scheduled, and delivered efficiently
- Provide technical support and guidance to field staff
- Oversee quality control and compliance requirements
- Manage materials, suppliers, and job resources
- Handle escalated customer concerns and deliver outstanding service outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiencies
- Work closely with management to support business growth
Who We're Looking For

You will have:
