As Media Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing media campaigns for our clients. Reporting into an Account Director, your role is to smoothly execute our client’s media campaigns.

Key responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, supplier partners and internal team members
- Meet regularly with clients to take briefs and present media strategies alongside the Account Director
- Meet regularly with our suppliers and have a deep understanding of their product suite, including digital, publishing, OOH, audio and more
- Collaborate with our internal performance team, leverage their expertise and help drive optimal results for our clients’ campaigns
- Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including preparation of media plans, MIs, conducting bookings, artwork dispatching to publishers, renewals and billing
- Proactively prepare agendas and contact reports for client meetings
Our ideal person:
- Has 1-2 years experience on either agency or publisher side
- Has an understanding of Roy Morgan Helix Personas, or other audience segmentation tools
- Has exceptionally high attention to detail
- Has a history of building strong relationships
- Must be a strong and confident communicator
