Are you an experienced IT professional who thrives on solving problems and supporting others? As a Service Desk Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical queries, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the organisation.
Working closely with our wider ICT team, you’ll bring your technical expertise and proactive approach to deliver high-quality support, guide users, and contribute to continuous improvement across our systems and services.
Provide first and second-level technical support across office and business applications
Log, triage, and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution
Accurately record and track service requests and maintain documentation
Provision and support end-user devices including computers, telephony, and hardware
Assist with ICT equipment provisioning and deployment
Contribute to asset management, software licensing, and system improvements
Collaborate with the broader ICT team to resolve complex technical issues
You are a customer-focused and technically capable professional with:
Proven experience in a service desk or IT support environment
Strong knowledge of IT systems, devices, and business applications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
Experience supporting user training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
