We're currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our casual Conference & Events team.
About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant within our Conference & Events team, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional service across a diverse range of events, including waterfront weddings, corporate conferences, cocktail functions and private celebrations. No two shifts are ever the same.
You'll be part of a professional and energetic team responsible for creating seamless guest experiences, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standard. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across weddings, conferences, dinners and private events
- Confidently carry three plates while providing professional table service
- Set up and pack down event spaces to a high standard
- Provide beverage service throughout functions
- Maintain professional presentation and service standards
- Work collaboratively with the Conference & Events team to ensure every event runs seamlessly
About You:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience
- Confident three plate carry (essential)
- Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Australian work rights required (students are welcome to apply)
