We are seeking an experienced Manual Test Analyst to join a project team delivering enhancements to a critical customer relationship management (CRM) platform that supports emergency assistance and community services programs.
Working within an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality solution delivery through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans aligned with project delivery requirements.
- Design, prepare, and execute manual test cases and test scripts.
- Perform various testing activities including:
- System Testing
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- Compatibility Testing
- Ensure complete test coverage against business requirements and user stories.
- Create and maintain test artefacts and documentation within Azure DevOps.
- Prepare and manage test data required for execution activities.
- Record, analyse, and report test results.
- Identify, document, and manage defects through defect triage processes.
- Produce defect reports, test summary reports, and testing metrics.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
- Assist business stakeholders with test case preparation and validation activities.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and review meetings.
- Provide regular status updates to project leadership.
- Support knowledge transfer and project handover activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Analyst or similar software testing role.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps and related testing extensions/tools.
- Strong experience in:
- System Testing
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- Compatibility Testing
- Experience creating and maintaining test artefacts in testing tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience planning, preparing, and executing testing activities.
- Experience conducting defect triage and producing test reports.
- Experience supporting business users through UAT and PVT activities.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Experience assisting business stakeholders with test case design and preparation.
