About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing delivery of security services to customers within a portfolio of clients and provide customer service of the highest quality, which satisfies all existing and future customer needs. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Generate and convert new customer leads

Identify revenue growth opportunities with existing clients.

Prepare and complete proposals and quotations.

Support sales teams in developing tailored security solutions.

Allocate appropriate resources to client requirements.

Identify and resolve operational and service issues.
-
Develop and continuously improve customer solutions.
-
Maintain strong client relationships and service standards.
-
Optimise resource utilisation, rostering, and operational costs.
-
Ensure accurate invoicing, pricing, and contract compliance.
-
Build and develop high-performing management teams.
-
Identify training needs and support employee development.
-
Manage performance, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
-
Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
-
Control administrative expenditure and improve profitability.
-
Develop business strategies to drive growth and financial performance.
-
Analyse business performance and market trends to meet customer needs.
-
Lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and compliance.
-
Promote a strong safety culture and environmentally sustainable practices.

Perform additional management duties as required.
Skills & experience
- Prior industry experience
-
Extensive experience managing large numbers of people
-
Business development experience
-
Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards / Agreements
-
Proven experience dealing with client contracts and / or tender submissions
-
Ability to interpret P&L’s
-
Proficiency with MS Office suite
-
General computer literacy
-
Ability to “sell” and “close”
-
Able to influence and manage conflict constructively

Able to work under pressure, adapt well to changing and unforeseen conditions

Conceptual thinker and able to present concepts clearly
-
Highly developed Human Resource Management skills

Working knowledge and understanding of OH&S and Risk Management principles

Ability to work autonomously within a customer portfolio to meet business expectations

Ability to design and implement rosters in Rolecall for a portfolio of employees and clients
