About the Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting venue leadership by:
- Leading from the floor: Motivating, coaching, and supporting front-of-house teams during service.
- Delivering operational excellence: Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Championing exceptional guest experiences: By resolving issues with professionalism, care, and composure to ensure every guest departs feeling genuinely valued and delighted.
