About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy fast food restaurant in NSW. This role requires a hands-on operator who can manage staff, oversee store performance, and ensure a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent product quality
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier coordination to support business needs
- Contribute to pricing decisions, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
- Drive sales through strong customer service and active engagement with customers
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and cost control
- Maintain accurate records relating to stock, sales, and operational performance
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise team members
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and company policies
Skills & Experience
- Relevant qualification and/or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Experience managing operations in a fast-paced retail or quick-service food environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Good understanding of stock control, budgeting, and cost management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- Strong communication and organisational skills
