About the Opportunity
Sands Fridge Lines is seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team in Forrestfield. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting warehouse and transport operations.
You will play a key role in managing a high volume of customer orders and enquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing customer orders accurately

Manage customer enquiries and provide timely updates

Monitor and manage stock levels, including participation in stocktakes

Liaise with warehouse and dock staff to ensure freight requirements are correct

Prepare and maintain accurate transport documentation

Support daily logistics and operational workflows
