We’re growing - and we’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on and detail-focused to join our warehouse team and help keep everything moving.
About The Role:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately across our retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing, labelling and dispatching orders in line with courier requirements
- Receiving, unpacking and storing inbound stock
- Replenishing picking locations to ensure stock availability
- Keeping warehouse areas organised, clean and safe
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys and scanners
- Following workplace health and safety and manual handling practices
- Reporting hazards, incidents or damaged goods promptly
We are currently recruiting for casual team members, the position requires availability during standard business hours.
About You:
You’re someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in doing things properly.
You’re reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy matters.
You:
- Have previous warehouse or pick-packing experience (great but not essential)
- Have strong attention to detail and follow processes carefully
- Are physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 15–20kg and standing for long periods
- Have basic computer literacy (scanners or order systems)
- Are reliable, punctual and organised
- A forklift licence is a bonus, but not required
Most importantly, you’re someone who shows up, pitches in and cares about doing good work.
