Busy suburban cafe seeks a breakfast cook to join our team. You will be part of a small kitchen team and involved with all aspects of breakfast and lunch service. Tasks include food preparation, cooking and baking, maintaining kitchen hygiene, stock control, supporting the head chef and liaising with front of house staff.
This is a great opportunity for professional growth for an aspiring young chef.
The ideal candidate for this position has
- a minimum of 2 years experience in quality kitchen environments
- initiative, ambition and willlingness to learn and take direction
- excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small team
- capable and confident under pressure of busy service.
Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour
