About the Role
We’re looking for a physically fit, hardworking, and reliable individual to join our growing team as a General Hand. No prior experience in powder coating is required – we provide full on-the-job training.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone who takes pride in doing the job right and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts and carriages for powder coating
- Pack and wrap goods ready for transport
- Assist with organizing and preparing the next job runs
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Support the production team as required
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and move items safely throughout the day
- Reliable and punctual – someone who shows up on time and gets the job done
- Positive attitude – willing to learn, take instructions, and be part of the team
- Safety conscious – follows instructions and keeps the worksite safe and clean
- Forklift licence is a bonus but not required
