About the Role: We’re looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. You’ll provide person-centered support, personal care, assist with daily living, and help clients engage in community activities. This role requires patience, empathy, and genuine care to enrich lives of those living with disabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants
- Personal Care Routine
- Mealtime & Dysphagia Support
- Continence, toileting & bowel care
- Domestic assistance
- Manual Handling & Safety
- Medication Administration
- Provide in home and community based support
- Support daily routines, meals, household tasks, and structure
- Work confidently with complex behaviours, following behaviour support plans
- Promote independence, routine, and emotional regulation
- De-escalate situations using proactive, trauma-informed strategies
- Accurately document progress, incidents, and observations
- Work closely with families, clinicians, and the stakeholders care team

What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- Infection Control Certificate
- Confident Driving Skills
- Strong communication skills and reliability
