We’re looking for an experienced Field Delivery Service Manager in WA to lead the coordination, execution, and management of temporary power generation & Temperature Control rental solutions. This hands-on leadership role ensures the safe and efficient delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of rental equipment in field environments such as construction sites, events, utility outages, or emergency deployments.

What you'll do:
-
Manage all aspects of field delivery operations for power generation and temperature control rental equipment, including generators, transformers, load banks, associated electrical distribution gear as well as cooling and heating rental offerings.

Lead, schedule, and support a team of field technicians to ensure reliable and on-time installation and setup of power solutions.

Manage successful operation of all field-based client solutions.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.

Conduct site assessments, determine appropriate equipment sizing and configurations, and oversee field installations.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during transportation, setup, and operation.

Manage inventory and readiness of equipment, tools, and vehicles required for field operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite, providing guidance and escalation support.

Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and customer interactions using service management software.
-
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction among field personnel.

In conjunction with sales development & provide support in technical solutions for key clients across the region.

Foster and help grow key clients across the region in conjunction with sales.
To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:
-
5+ years of experience in power generation, electrical distribution, or equipment rental services.

Proven leadership experience in field service operations or project management.
-
Strong technical knowledge of diesel and natural gas generators, load banks, hv transformers, and temporary power systems.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in emergency response or rapid deployment power services.

Electrical trade certification

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, single-lines, and site plans.

Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with QHSE, and environmental regulations.
-
Proficiency with service scheduling and fleet management software.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
