Join a small, high-performing Employee Relations team where your work will directly contribute to improving how we support our people and leaders. With the introduction of a new HRIS, this is a unique opportunity to help shape how HR systems and processes operate across the organisation.
What would I be doing?
As an Administration Officer (HRIS & Employee Relations Support), you will provide quality administrative, system, and project support across the employee lifecycle to ensure legislative compliance and smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This could include:

Deliver end-to-end HR administration including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes.

Provide support and troubleshooting for the HRIS, assisting team members and leaders with system queries.

Contribute to the implementation and ongoing improvement of a new HRIS, helping drive system performance and efficiency.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes.

Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential HR and Employee Relations records.

Support Employee Relations processes through tracking, coordination, and administrative support.

Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide administrative support across other PLC functions such as Recruitment, Learning and Development and Criminal History Screening.
