Remedial / Sports Massage Therapist or Myotherapist Wanted
Top Life Chiropractic is looking for a motivated and passionate Remedial Massage Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist or Myotherapist to join our growing chiropractic clinic in Top Ryde City.
This role would suit a therapist who enjoys working with active individuals, gym-goers, office workers, athletes and clients with musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong focus on client care and treatment outcomes.
About the role
You will be providing remedial massage, sports massage, myotherapy and soft tissue treatment to patients referred through the clinic, as well as having the opportunity to build your own client base.
Treatment may include remedial massage, sports massage, lymphatic massage deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, mobility work, cupping, basic rehabilitation advice and other soft tissue techniques, depending on your qualifications, experience and scope of practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing a range of remedial and sports massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release
- Supporting clients with musculoskeletal conditions, injury recovery, mobility restrictions and general muscle tension
- Educating clients on self-care, stretching, mobility and lifestyle advice to support their ongoing health and wellbeing
- Maintaining ongoing professional development and staying up to date with current techniques and industry best practice
Requirements
- Diploma of Remedial Massage, Myotherapy qualification, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a clinical setting
- ABN required
- Current private health fund provider numbers
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Confident with musculoskeletal assessment and treatment
- Dry needling (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with chiropractor referrals

Pay and arrangement
This is a contractor role paid by percentage split per client/session. The hourly rate shown on Indeed is an estimated earning guide based on bookings, experience and availability.
