- Planning, developing and implementing marketing and community engagement strategies to support business growth, client intake and service delivery objectives.
- Advising management on marketing initiatives and communication campaigns to promote services, increase community awareness, and effectively engage clients, families, carers and referral networks.
- Coordinating the development and delivery of promotional campaigns across digital platforms, social media, print materials, community events and stakeholder engagement activities within approved budgets and timelines.
- Analysing client engagement data, referral trends and community feedback to identify service opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Monitoring and interpreting trends within the community services and care sector to support strategic business planning and service development.
- Researching demand for support services, client needs and local market conditions, and collecting and analysing relevant operational and statistical data.
- Supporting organisational growth through the development and implementation of marketing objectives, client engagement strategies and business development initiatives aligned with organisational standards and values.
- Conducting market research and stakeholder engagement activities to identify opportunities for new and existing services, programs and community partnerships.
- Providing advice on marketing strategies, service promotion, branding, pricing considerations, referral pathways and communication channels to strengthen client reach and organisational presence within the community services sector.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
