- Duckcreek Policy Architect
- Design and implement Duck Creek Policy System solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Lead and mentor the technical team in designing, developing, and delivering Duck Creek solutions.
- Guide the team on best practices for working with Duck Creek Policy Modules (e.g., Author, Server, Express, Rating, etc.).
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Manage the full policy lifecycle and transactions, including underwriting, billing, and claims.
- Ensure integration of Duck Creek systems with other insurance technologies.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- • Bachelor’s degree with 8-13 years of experience.
- • Strong experience with 6-10 years on Duck Creek Policy system.
- • Must have minimum 53+ years of experience in team handling.
- • Candidate should have strong experience on Duck Creek Policy modules.
- • Good experience in LOBs like Commercial, Personal, Specialty.
- • Good understanding of underwriting, claims, billing systems
- • Good experience on Policy lifecycle and various Policy transactions
- • Expertise working in Author, Server, Express (2&3), Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, Transact, & Address Validation, Transactions, Integrations
- • Experience in Designing & developing Duck Creek Policy System
- • Experience in handling & leading team
- • Good understanding of business, functional requirements and policy workflow of the entire application and project
- • Understanding the client’s requirement properly and then going for the development in the core areas of DCT
- • Must have excellent communication skills.
- • A good understanding of emerging InsurTech technology space.
