The Role
We’re looking for a highly capable HR Projects Specialist to play a critical role in delivering Workday Phase 2 across Talent, Performance, Remuneration, and Learning.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR, technology, and change, and is motivated by making a tangible impact on business transformation.
This position is a fixed-term contract for a period of up to 10 months.
What You’ll Do
Workday HCM Implementation:
- Act as the HR Lead to support the implementation of Workday Talent, Performance, Remuneration and Learning modules, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and HR strategies.

- Act as HR Lead for the implementation of Workday Talent, Performance, Remuneration, and Learning modules, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and HR strategy.
HR Process Mapping and Design
- Partner with stakeholders to document current (as-is) and design future (to-be) HR processes in Workday, develop governance frameworks, and create SOPs to support consistent, compliant practices across regions.
- Drive process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement aligned to HR strategy, while supporting development of dashboards and analytics.
Data Migration
- Support end-to-end HR data migration from legacy systems, including leading data cleansing, defining future-state data structures with the Solution Architect, coordinating ETL cycles with IT, and validating data accuracy with SME sign-off.
Project Management
- Support delivery of project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams, while proactively identifying, managing, and escalating risks to ensure compliance.
Testing Coordination
- Develop and manage functional testing across all modules, including coordinating SMEs, overseeing execution (walkthrough, end-to-end, parallel), managing defects and retesting, and maintaining clear status reporting.
Change Management, Training and Support
- Conduct change impact assessments and support change strategies, deliver training to HR teams and end-users, and act as a key contact for system support, queries, and issue resolution during rollout.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimisation.
About You
You’ll bring a mix of HR expertise, project delivery experience, and strong stakeholder engagement skills, including:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, ideally with HR systems implementation exposure
- Strong experience in HR process improvement and data migration
- Proven ability to support or lead HR technology projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
