At Granite World we pride ourselves on supplying, fitting and installing premium stone benchtops, fireplaces and other stone products to customers in the Perth metro and surrounding areas.
Our company located in Malaga is after a second administrator who is switched on and eager to learn new things. Your main role is to tender and estimate new projects.
Basic math's, attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, familiarity with Excel and experience with Xero is required for this position. You will have training to go through all aspects of the job.
Previous experience in the building industry and basic understanding of building plans is highly regarded (however training will be provided).

This role involves:
- Providing quotations / tenders / invoices
- Scheduling jobs and follow ups
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- Utilising Xero and Excel
- Following up emails and communicating with clients
- Walk in customer consultations
- Filing and organisation/tidying of office
