Procuret is a fast-growing B2B payments and credit platform. We help suppliers offer simple monthly finance & payment options to their business customers - while getting paid upfront. We’re proudly built in Australia and serve thousands of professionals and service-based businesses across AU and NZ.
We work with suppliers in professional services, healthcare, software, technology, equipment and more - where flexible business payment options can drive better outcomes.
We aim to remove latency in the finance & payment process, giving decision makers more time to focus on their businesses and personal lives!
Why this role matters
We’re growing fast - and we’re looking for someone to help grow product adoption with our strategic suppliers. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, nurturing, training, and integrating new supplier partners into the Procuret ecosystem.
You’ll will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Suppliers accredited to provide Procuret as a finance option to their business customers.
What you’ll do
● Increase Supplier adoption of Procuret’s technology and increase transaction values with Procuret.
● Guide new partners through onboarding, working closely with our Partnerships team
● Conduct training sessions to help clients and new Supplier’s permitted users to understand how to use our platform effectively.
● Provide feedback loop for ongoing platform development and new supplier related features.
● Quickly respond to Supplier inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
● Work with Supplier’s technical support teams to provide integration options any platform-related issues and communicate updates to clients.
● Run regular sales campaigns to Suppliers and meet with key relationship stakeholders
● Explain to Suppliers how Procuret works and how it fits into a supplier’s sales process
● Track and manage your pipeline, activity and results in our CRM
Collaborate with marketing, product, tech and other teams to refine messaging and feedback
About you
● You’re energised by sales, business growth and commercial partnerships
● You’re a great verbal communicator and confident speaking to business owners, sales teams and business leaders
● You love solving problems and making complex things simple
● You’re comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and leading conversations
● You want to join a fast-moving fintech startup environment and grow with it
● You might be early in your sales career, or you might have 1–3 years in a commercial, sales or client-facing role. What matters most is your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
Bonus points if you have
● Experience in account management sales, fintech, SaaS, technology, payments or B2B services
● Worked with suppliers, wholesalers, or service-based businesses
