About the Role
We’re growing our team, and we're looking for experienced, reliable Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals build independence, achieve their goals, and live their life with choice and control.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality support aligned with individual needs
- Follow care plans, behaviour support strategies, and healthcare protocols
- Assist with medication administration, personal care, and daily living tasks
- Support participants in community access and skill building
- Complete detailed shift notes, and documentation
- Use hoists and manual handling equipment safely (experience essential)
- Provide consistent support to individuals with complex behavioural and physical needs
Essential Requirements
- Reliability, professionalism, kindness, and proactive work ethic
- Relevant qualifications or lived experience in disability support
- Queensland Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Two professional references

- SCHADS Award pay with excellent penalty rates:
- Weekdays: $36.23/hr
- Saturdays: $50.72/hr
- Sundays: $65.21/hr
- Public Holidays: $79.70/hr

Experience:
- disability support care: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
