- About the Business:
- Al Tazah Charcoal Chicken is a well-established Lebanese restaurant with over 10 years of operation and multiple locations across Sydney. Due to continued business growth and high customer demand, we are looking to expand our kitchen team.
- Positions Available:
- Cook (Experience in Charcoal Chicken / Shawarma is highly regarded)Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of mediter dishes including shawarma, charcoal chicken, and sides
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Middle Eastern cuisine (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and team player
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
