Salary: As per Fast Food Industry Award ($27-$33 per hour) **

Job Description
As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure excellent service and food quality for every guest.
Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.

Assisting with staff training and development.

Managing shift schedules and ensuring smooth operations.

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS standards.

Supporting inventory management and reporting.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality or retail.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

NSW Food Handler Certificate (required).
