Lonsdale Trasport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable HR and HC Truck & Trailer Driver to support operations on the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project and other major civil construction projects throughout Adelaide.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a HR and HC Truck & Trailer combination transporting quarry products, spoil, aggregates and construction materials to and from project sites, quarries and disposal facilities.
This role offers a mix of civil construction haulage and infrastructure project work, with the opportunity for ongoing employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate HR and HC Truck & Trailer combinations.
- Conduct daily pre-start and post-shift inspections.
- Transport materials between project sites, quarries and disposal facilities.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
- Comply with all site requirements, Traffic Management Plans and project procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HVNL, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and company policies.
- Monitor vehicle mass limits and load compliance.
- Complete required paperwork, pre-starts and operational records accurately.
- Report hazards, incidents and vehicle defects promptly.
- Represent the company professionally on all sites.
Essential Requirements
- Current HR and HC Driver's Licence.
- White Card.
- Previous HR and HC driving experience.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow site requirements.
- Availability to work up to two Saturdays per month when required.
Highly Regarded
- Truck & Trailer experience.
- Civil construction or quarry haulage experience.
- PBS vehicle experience.
- Knowledge of HVNL and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects.
