PW3 $64,076 - $69,189 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).

The Registrar's Department plays a vital role in supporting the student experience at Holmesglen. Through teams including Holmesglen Assist, Awards and Graduations, Information Systems, the Timetable Office and the Office of the Registrar, the department delivers essential student administration services across the student lifecycle. Committed to service excellence, the team ensures efficient, accurate and compliant processes that support student success and the delivery of quality education.
Join Holmesglen Assist and play a key role in supporting students throughout their enrolment journey. As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer service while providing accurate information and administrative support across enrolments, student enquiries, funding, payments and records management. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will help create a seamless student experience, ensuring compliance with Institute policies while contributing to student engagement, success and retention.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to student enquiries and supporting learners throughout their enrolment journey.

Accurately process enrolments, payments, student records and related administration using the Student Management System.

Build strong relationships with faculties and support teams to provide a seamless and positive student experience.

Support orientation programs, student events and activities that promote engagement and successful course commencement.

Ensure accurate record management and compliance with Institute policies, procedures and quality standards.
To be successful, you’ll have:

Demonstrated experience in administration and enrolment support within a complex environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes.

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and support a culturally diverse student community.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Knowledge of administrative processes, compliance requirements and a proactive, student-focused approach to problem solving and service delivery.

A Diploma of Business Administration or a related qualification in business, administration or a relevant field, or significant relevant experience.
WWCC and Police Check:
Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Victorian ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
